I have been training with Mike for 18 years, and in all that time, he has consistently monitored my physical needs, making sure I was always training the right way and avoiding injuries. I have had 2 hip replacements, and Mike prepared me with both pre-hab exercises before my surgery, and rehab exercises after my surgery. He met with my Physical Therapist in person and came to one of my sessions to be sure he was giving me all the right exercises.
Not only do I train with Mike 3 days a week, I also do MAT at least once a month. I could not do without Mat. Now, especially since my hip surgeries. It keeps all my muscle groups actively working, and helps me avoid injuries.

Mike always comes with a bright positive attitude, knows how to motivate me to keep on going, and is very knowledgeable about the body.
